We are a service focused and can assist organisations with all IT technical needs from project design and management, hardware supply and deployment, outsourcing of help desk, network management, audit, and review services.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: -
- Providing L1/L2 remote IT support to clients located around Australia.
- Researching, analysing, evaluating, and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance.
- Monitoring of client's infrastructure.
- Escalation and remediation of service requests and incidents.
- Providing specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies.
- Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers, and workstations.
- Updating client documentation.
- Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications, and operating systems.
- Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity, and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance.
- Any other relevant duty as directed by management.
- Relevant qualification in computing.
- Experience in planning, developing, deploying, testing, and optimising Network and system services.
- Experience with network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
- Knowledge of database management systems, and SQL.
- Understanding of network security principles and best practices for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems in multiple operating systems and configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality network solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends.
