Synaco Global Recruitment have joint venture with Groote Eylandt Mining Company to staff various project requirements throughout 2024. GEMCO located in the Gulf of Carpentaria, is an open-cut, strip-mining operation that produces high grade manganese ore and is classed as one of the largest manganese producers globally.
The Opportunity
FIFO Concentrator Process Operator position, working a family friendly 7:7 roster. Hourly rate of $46.20 flat. Workers will be employed on an ongoing casual basis assisting with the loading and processing of the concentrator.
Our Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated experience operating fixed or mobile plant machinery in a FIFO role working day and night shift. The successful candidate must reside in Darwin or Cairns or be willing to fund their own travel to the fly out destination.
Essential Experience
- Fixed plant/mobile plant machinery experience
- Processing experience
- Manual Open Australian Drivers Licence
