We are looking for an experienced fashion retail manager to join our Concession Boutique in the Fashion Capital at Chadstone. Our brand is renowned for their luxurious and trendy pieces.
Do you have an interest in premium fashion? Extensive knowledge about Australian culture and fashion? This might be the role for you. Your role as a Manager will be to continuously lead from the front, ensuring to deliver an a world class customer service experience to all customers.
You will work towards sales targets and KPIS, whilst having a genuine approach to your service. You will be taking control of operational tasks for the boutique including visual merchandising, inventory and people management.
A Bit About You:
- You will have previous Store Management experience, ideally working in a premium boutique.
- You will have a great understanding and interest of fashion within Australia, and current market trends.
- Experience working with structured visual merchandising standards as well as creativeness to be innovative.
- You will have amazing communication skills, to share your knowledge and skills with your team and other managers within the business.
- Generous Salary Package + Commission + Product Discount and Allowance
- Tuesday to Saturday roster with minimal late nights required.
