In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Concession Store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will lead by example, motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential while upholding the brand's standards of excellence, surpass targets through coaching, incentives, and recognition, fostering a great company culture. The Concession Store Manager / Team Leader will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with discerning clientele, providing personalised service.
