Your New Role:
As the new Concession Manager of the Macquarie Concession; you will be someone who thrives on creating positive & memorable shopping experiences, loves working with a diverse team, and is driven to succeed.
You Will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
- Assisting with stock coordination and visual merchandising of the store.
- Lead & support a collaborative and inclusive team through daily operations and ultimately achieve sales targets.
- Passionate in creating a welcoming and positive environment for your customers and colleagues.
- Proven retail leadership experience and committed to motivating and training your team.
- Experience in inventory management, rostering and customer service.
- Confident supporting your team in achieving and exceeding KPI’s and budgets.
