If you happen to possess the artistry of a skilled barista, that's definitely a bonus! However, if latte art isn't your forte; we're more than happy to offer barista training as long as you bring your positive energy and enthusiasm to the table.
About the Space
Located at 477 Collins Street, Work Club Olderfleet delivers the best of both worlds – heritage charm and striking contemporary architecture – matched with meticulous design and service to help your business thrive. Work Club Olderfleet occupies three landmark heritage buildings that date from 1889. We also occupy level 35 in the new tower, already recognised as Australia’s smartest building.
Located in the mid-town CBD with a grand entrance on Collins Street plus rear access to Flinders Lane, Olderfleet offers more than 4,000 square metres of working space including shared spaces, dedicated desks and private suites for up to 200 people.
However you choose to work, you can enjoy Work Club’s renowned Nordic-inspired design and furnishings, a luxurious Club Lounge and Valhalla – Work Club’s signature underground bar. There are 22 meeting rooms, conference facilities and breakout spaces to choose from including Level 35 that provides spectacular and inspiring 360-degree views of Melbourne. Olderfleet is also home to Work Club’s concept retail store and café Sagas. Sagas embodies our design philosophy with a curated collection of homewares, gifts, accessories and apparel from Scandinavia, North America, Japan and Australia.
You will bring the following skills and experience
- Previous experience in Concierge, Front of House, Guest Services or Customer Service or similar role preferred
- Prior hospitality, food & beverage, events is highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to develop sound working relationships with other employees
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional work ethic, display energy, enthusiasm and drive

Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5.30pm - Casuals to work from 30-38hrs per week
Employment: Casual with possibility to move to Full-time role based on performance
Hourly rate: $30.10 per hour (inclusive casual loading) + superannuation
Certificate: First Aid (mandatory requirement)
Dress code: Very well presented, non-corporate clothing
