We are seeking a professional and client-focused front of house/concierge to join a specialist Law firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression of this well-regarded Law firm.
About the Role
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner, ensuring a friendly and inviting reception area;
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information or redirecting calls, as necessary;
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services;
- Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring they are properly set up with necessary equipment and resources;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information; and
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels;
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Professional appearance and demeanour, with a friendly and approachable attitude;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work; and
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle situations with professionalism.
