We’re on the lookout for dedicated and experienced Concrete Cutting and Drilling Operators based between Melbourne and Geelong, aligned with our core values of Ownership, Forward-thinking, Elite Communication, Versatility, and Humility.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safe and effective operation of Concrete Cutting and Drilling equipment, with a majority of work in civil construction.
• General maintenance and cleaning of equipment and vehicles.
• Collaborate and communicate with the team to ensure client expectations are met and jobs are completed efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality, adhering to all safety protocols.

Essential (required for experienced operator role):

• Hand Sawing & Ring Sawing
• Road/Floor Sawing
• Core Drilling
• General construction labouring

Desired:

• Wall Sawing
• Wire Sawing
• Excavator operation

Essential:

• Driver's License (Manual preferred)
• Construction Induction Card

Desired:

• VOCs in Cutting and Drilling equipment
• RIW card
• Excavator ticket
• HR license
