Groundwave Drilling is seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Geelong.
- Full-time position, commencing immediately.
- Flexible work locations (workshop/yard and site-based)
- Competitive salary – Monday to Friday
The position will be responsible for driving the mechanical availability of the current plant & equipment whilst coordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment packages for specific scopes of work. Supporting the Business Development Manager to grow the Groundwave services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate Yard based personnel
- Coordinate inventory management
- Support project preparation
- Support site projects through
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate record keeping via online database platforms
- Supporting Business Development
About You
- Strong mechanical knowledge of drilling equipment
- Knowledge and experience in Geotechnical/Drilling environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to travel and work onsite at various locations when required.
- Valid Driver's License (HC/MC preferred but not mandatory)
