About you
Candidates must have 2+ years experience as a Production manager, ideally within the concreting space. Candidates must also be reliable, hardworking and physically fit. Attention to detail, effective communication and the ability to be on one's feet all day is essential to success in this role.

- 4+ Years Concreting experience
- 2+ years leadership and management experience
- Must be willing to be hands on, on the tools to start.
- Physically fit for manual handling work when required
- Very strong attention to detail
- Looking for long term work
- Own transport/ability to get to work
- Working in a Pre-Cast Concrete
- Factory labouring
- Dispatch labouring
- Manual handling and lifting when necessary
- Manage and lead a team.
- Be confident and comfortable to assist in the process of building a team.
