What does the role entail
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main liaison between the agency and the clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Provide clients with regular updates on campaign progress, performance reports, and new opportunities.
- Conduct scheduled meetings to discuss strategies, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
2. Planning & Strategy
- Tailor marketing strategies to align with the unique objectives and challenges of each client.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate SEO, Paid Search, Social media, Lead generation, and Marketing automation.
- Work with creative, technical, and analytical teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
- Establish achievable project timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
3. Team Management & Internal Team Collaboration
- Ensure all internal teams are aligned and collaborate effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to review progress and align on goals.
- Manage budgets for various marketing campaigns and projects. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI for clients.
- Participate in training, workshops, and certifications to continuously improve skills. Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
What we are looking for
Technical Skills
- 4+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various digital channels like SEO, PPC, social media marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues and campaign challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
