On behalf of our client, The Continental Hotel Broome, are looking for enthusiastic, skilled Bar Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily Bar operations.
• Coordinating the activity of the Food and Beverage staff
• Development and training of staff
• Maintaining high standards of service
• Opening and/or closing of the bar.
• Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
• Processing & reconciling POS, ATM's, EFT terminals and complete end of day financial reporting
• Attending management briefings and meetings
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Bar Manager
• Excellent understanding of cellar operations, draught beer, wine and cocktails.
• Valid WA un-restricted approved managers certification
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Have strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of WHS
• H&L Knowledge is highly regarded.
Salary from $78,680 per annum.
