The Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new listings and sales.
- Engage in social media promotion.
- Collaborate to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct cold calls and book appointments.
- Manage databases and prospects for new business.
- Assist at Display Suites and inspections.
Skills and Experience:
- Possession of a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, with CBD experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Email, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Exceptional customer service skills and presentation.
- Previous experience in sales (desirable, but not essential).
About the role
Responsible for coordination of weddings, corporate and social events at Marnong Estate and financial accountability for such events. End to end sales and/or event coordination of events may be required from time to time. Manage the expectations and requirements of the client from the point of handover from sales to the conclusion of the event and post event follow up. To ensure that there is a seamless interface between the client’s requirements and the delivery of those requirements in all business associated with the events operations.
This position demands a flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to meet with clients and attend client functions on weekends and at times outside normal office hours.

Skills and experience
Essential:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in event management or coordination within a hotel or venue with a high volume of events
- Demonstrated track record in a similar role and evidence of meeting individual and team targets
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry suppliers
- Possess superior attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS word and Excel
Desirable:
- Experience in wedding and corporate events market
- Experience using a client relationship management system
- Experience but can provide training, using floorplan software, preferably Visio
