As the Conference & Events Assistant Manager, you will lead our team with a hands-on approach, overseeing the daily operations of our Conference and Events on site. Your primary goal to coordinate and manage the operations of conferences, events, banquets, outdoor catering, weddings and internal events at Ayers Rock Resort.
Key Duties
- Manage the coordination of all conference, incentive, wedding and event on site;
- Manage a small and highly productive team;
- Direct operational staff to ensure the smooth running of every event.
- Event operations or event coordination experience.
- Experience with event Conference and food and beverage operations in a 5* environment.
- High level of written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Ability to foster and develop good relationships with Voyages Business Partners
