Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Restaurant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
Join our team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager specializing in Events and Outdoor Dining at Sails in the Desert. Elevate guest experiences with your passion for all food & beverage services. Collaborate closely with our Director of Food and Beverage to inspire and guide a team of dedicated employees, all while upholding top-notch service standards. We're seeking a skilled leader to steer our Catering & Events as well as Outdoor Dining operations, making your mark on every detail. Shape a consistent and exceptional product, all while driving towards projected profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective SOPs, ensure safety, and nurture team relationships.
- Manage Outdoor Dining within budgets, optimizing revenue and costs.
- Build exceptional guest experiences, collaborate with clients.
- Support Outdoor Dining and events team, oversee operations.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- 3 years experience as a 5* Hotel/Resort F&B operations manager
- Hospitality Management Certificate or equivalent
- RSA certification.
- Full Driving License.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a cross-cultural and complex environment.
- Strong team player with the capability to work independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for the role.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
