Our Conference Coordinators collaborate closely with conference managers to orchestrate memorable conferences and meetings. While primarily office-based, this role offers the exciting opportunity to execute events onsite across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond, including virtual conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the conference management team to plan and coordinate all aspects of conferences and meetings.
Assist in budget management, vendor coordination, and logistics planning.
Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a seamless experience.
Manage event timelines and schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in post-event evaluation and feedback analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in event coordination or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering open collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities, knowing when to seek guidance and exhibiting confidence in asking questions.
Outstanding organising and time-management skills, prioritising tasks effectively and consistently meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
A positive attitude, adeptness at adapting to changes, embracing new challenges, and multitasking efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and event management software (experience with EventsAir is a plus).
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
