Connor is looking for driven and ambitious Christmas casuals that want their foot in the door to start their retail career. Hours vary across each store and training is provided before you hit the shop floor! It really is the most wonderful time of year in retail!

To be a Connor Christmas Casual:

• Be passionate about customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
• Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s.
• Assist in replenishment of stock levels.
• Maintaining presentation of the store.
• Act with Urgency with customers and tasks.

About You:

• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Take pride in your personal style and presentation.
• Have an interest in fashion and trends.
• Is someone who takes initiative is quick thinking and loves problem solving.
• Have previous retail experience or customer service experience. Experience in high volume fashion retail preferred.
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for the peak period of Christmas, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
