People2people have been engaged by a well-renowned client within the Western Sydney region to recruit for a part-time Construction Administrator, for a 9-month fixed term contract to work 3-4 days week. Our client is a well-renowned hospitality leader and has been operating for over 40 years.RoleAs the Construction Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the Executive Construction Leader. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below -Responsibilities:
- Executive Support – travel arrangements, managing email correspondence, business reporting, diary management, assist with legal documentation.
- Personal Assistance – manage and coordinate property and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with programming of projects.
- Assist with submissions of progress claims and invoicing with accounts.
- Attend site for inspections for client meetings, subcontractor meetings and coordination meetings.
- Maintain company equipment and personnel registers.
- Manage project documentation and information distribution and maintain registers.
- Experience in a similar role in Project Administration or Coordination – minimum 2 years.
- Personal or Executive Assistant experience highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the Council and DA process.
- High business acumen with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
- Strong experience in diary management.
- Advanced level of understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build relationships with all key stakeholders.
