We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, quantifying, and communicating project risk evaluation, as well as providing critical information to the production/site teams regarding projects

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Research, collect, and analyse statistical pricing information, prepare reports, and quotes based on actual costs, competitive market dynamics, company policies, government regulations, and business objectives.
- Proactively liaise with management to develop and obtain endorsement of high-value tender construction methodologies.
- Create high level construction programs for tender submissions.
- Collect factual subcontractor data and maintain accurate and correct information across all content forums (database, spreadsheet, files.
- Work to achieve revenue/margin/budget targets in accordance with annual estimating KPI's.
- Provide production/site teams with critical information regarding projects won/awarded.
- Participate in and guide the creation of commercial estimates as required.
- Preparation of detailed cost estimations of labour hours, materials and equipment.
About You:
- Previous experience in Tier 2 Estimation or Tier 3 Estimation management.
- Previous experience in Project Management/Construction Management coordination.
- Previous commercial management or procurement management experience.
- Extensive Experience in development of detailed cost estimate development of projects in $10M - $20M in various industry sectors.
- Experience in development of detailed cost estimates for successfully implemented project up to $40M.
- Experience in development of detailed subcontract scope development and packaging of works for open market pricing.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in estimating. Experience in estimating in Tier 2 Construction Industry.

- Exceptional skills with Microsoft Applications inclusive of Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional Cost development breakdown. Structuring and communication skills.
- Evaluation skills to determine Go/No Go governance requirements for Tenders.
- Open and proactive approach to communication and planning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and awareness to assess potential risks to the business.
- Experience in evaluation, quantification, and communication of project risk evaluation.
- Experience in Early Construction Engagement (ECI) development with Tier 2 & Tier 1 construction clients
