SalaryWe are expanding our operations and currently recruiting for multiple experienced Scaffolders and Construction Labourers to join our crews in Thomastown.
About the role
Taking direction on site from the Leading Hand, you will support the installation and pick up of a variety of residential heaight safety and/or scaffolding jobs each day to help our customers complete their build safely and on time. Specifically, the role will involve:
- Working from heights to install and dismantle height safety systems (safety rail, void platforms, quick stage aluminium & mobile scaffold etc.)
- Interpreting plans
- Loading and unloading gear from truck, ensuring loads are effectively secured
- Participating in JSA and submitting relevant iPad reports as required
About you
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) and construction experience
- Scaffold ticket highly desired
- Current Driver's Licence and transport to branch (MR licence desirable, or Buildsafe will support you in obtaining this)
- Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week
- Strong alignment to our safety-first culture
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and labour-intensive environment
