Contract Timing: 27th May – 15th September.

We are an established company working in the water industry. Due to the award of a larger northern project we are looking for skilled tradesman and skilled labourers to assist in the build of a large roof and supporting structures.

We are looking for staff either locally or willing to travel to the Bowen region on a flexible working roster.

About the Project 

The project will consist of working within a small team to remove and replace a large roof with associated steelwork installation tasks. It is essential you work alongside your team members on site on the tools. Compliance is essential and the worksite must be clean at all times.

In this project your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking site tasks and activities to ensure completion of Job Cards.
• Liaise with the site manager on status of daily schedules.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with corporate policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ practices.
• Undertake works on the reservoir including:

1. Painting works;
2. Re-sheeting & repair works;
3. Aluminium structure installation;
4. Concrete works and general labouring duties.
5. Minor civil works

About you

Qualifications:

• Construction Card
• Driver's license
• Confined space entry certified dated within 2 years or able to attain prior to employment
• Working at heights certified dated within 2 years or able to attain prior to employment
• Current First Aid & CPR

• MR licence
