The Role
You will have between 2-5 years' experience and will enjoy a broad role working directly with two Principals in a high performing, friendly and innovative Construction, team for major institutions, government, developers, multi-national engineering companies.
Specific areas of focus
- Varied and large-scale projects
- Sectors include transport and social infrastructure, renewables, commercial, residential and industrial
- Project owners (including Government) and major contractors
- Manage disputes, including adjudications and expert determinations
- Act in high-value and complex litigation and arbitration
- Prepare evidence and assist in drafting legal submissions, instruct Counsel and manage technical experts
- In house, learning and development.
