Position Overview:
As a Construction Leading Hand, you will be leading a team of two (yourself and an apprentice), to install a wide variety of outdoor structures including patios, carports, pergolas and decking.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading your small team to ensure projects are completed on time.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Reading and interpreting construction plans.
Ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building patios, carports and decking.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
