Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include organization, scheduling, implementation and quality management of our installation projects.
As the Construction Manager, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and our highly experienced installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Your expertise in project management will be crucial in coordinating resources, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivering successful projects in a fast paced construction environment.
This is an executive appointment with remuneration and benefits appropriate to the seniority of the role within the organization.

As we continue to grow and service a range of larger projects, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of our projects and to ensure continuous improvement in our quality and service whilst maintaining strong relationships with our new and long standing clients.
The Role:
- Manage all construction activities as determined by contract construction documentation including but not limited to specifications, SOW's, drawings, conditions of contract, technical and engineering standards.
- Meet project deadlines and ensure HSE standards / KPIs are enforced and maintained.
- Drive all project deliverables with consideration for project budgets, programs and schedules (taking ownership of the project construction schedule).
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to the Site Supervisor and Leading Hands
- Coordinate all project construction resources including, construction schedule, plant and equipment hire, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Maintain strong Client / Supplier relations
- Provide project reporting to the GM and Directors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the construction, engineering, mining or resources industries
- Experience delivering $million projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage the concurrent delivery of a range of projects.
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Professional and personable approach
- Experience with project specific software
