Position with a view - with an outlook over the Waterfront in East Perth in a modern, friendly environment - this role is for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wants to learn and be an integral part of the team. Aurora Project Group is a registered builder in Western Australia specializing in commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment.

We are looking for an Office Manager/EA to join our East Perth team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to utilise their excellent communication skills, organizational excellence  and administrative  skills across a diverse workload. Presented as the face of the organization via the phone, emails and face-to-face , the applicants communication skills are paramount. It is essential that a professional, friendly and courteous attitude is used throughout all communications.

Working across overall business projects and company improvement, the individual enjoys working closely with the team to support the whole of buisness outcomes.

Be the go to person in the office and make the role truly their own.

­The applicant will be responsible for ensuring the office is always presentable, tidy and clean. This involves managing the day-to-day requirements for all front house duties, some of which include the following:

  • The primary point of contact with executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and project-related activities.
  • Act as the face of the company for front of house purposes.
  • Setting up and assisting with compilation of new tenders and files
  • Managing internal and external meetings
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and directing to staff members
  • Processing invoices and claims
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Complete office management
  • Coordination of tender and submissions
  • Creating and implementing new business systems
  • Updating and maintaining our internal Quality assurance 
  • Chairing internal meetings, managing task allocations
  • Manage tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are conducted promptly.
