As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:
As our Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various Construction Projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will collaborate with estimating team, builder, and supplier to ensure projects meet desired objectives and coordinate work across various stages.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the construction and delivery of Construction Projects.
Interpret drawings and specifications.
Coordinate labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
Operate and implement coordinated work programs for sites.
Negotiate with builder and subcontractor involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare Value Management, SWMS, ITP, and Operation & Maintenance Manual.
Review Scope and Subcontract at the subcontract signing stage.
Coordinate collaboration with builders and suppliers.
Manage project teams, provide guidance and support to team members.
Address issues and risks in projects and provide solutions to relevant parties.

What We Offer:
Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 per year.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in construction engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Construction Project management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (Microsoft Project, Precore, Aconex, Bluebeam, Hammertech).
Familiarity with construction processes.
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
