SalaryKleanHub are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee various Construction Projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the Construction Project from start to finish.
2. Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
3. Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
6. Identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
7. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
8. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
9. Lead project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
10. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among project team members.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
6. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
7. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
8. OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
