Coastline Homes is a diverse construction company specialising in residential design and construct projects. We pride ourselves on our customer service and attention to detail.
Due to continuing workloads, we are looking for a person to work as a construction Scheduler/ Coordinator.
Tasks will include coordination of trades and materials, quantity take offs, shire coordination, pricing variations, and regular contact with clients to keep them up to date with progress.
The role includes some on site work assisting the construction manager, and office administration work working with the company director.
You may have experience in one or all aspects of the role, but be looking for some diversification to your work day. For the right applicant we will provide training and support in those areas you are less familiar with, along with excellent flexibility in work hours (including some hours work from home if required), and a good remuneration package.
This role could also be a stepping stone into construction supervision if that interests the applicant.
