About the role:
We are looking for Scheduling Office Clerk to join our team!
Your primary role will be to support the scheduling department. You will liaise between supervisors and schedulers and assist the team in administrative duties.
You will also assist management with general administrative support as required, which in turn will provide variety and exposure to many facets of the business.
About you:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is well organised and able to multi task and problem solve
- Presents and communicates professionally
- Is reliable and punctual
- is able to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Has strong organisational skills
- Has a keen interest in residential construction
- Shows initiative and is proactive
- Has the ability to work in a team and autonomously
Experience in residential building is preferred but not essential.
