Construction Trainer and Assessor

Our client is a pioneering Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering construction trade training across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, mid-north coast, and Southern NSW Region. Unlike many RTOs, we proactively seek improvement, striving to do more, be more, and give more to our clients, students, employees, and partners.

The Role:

Located in Ingleburn, we're currently seeking dynamic trainers and Assessors in the following areas:

• CPC20220 Cert II in Construction Pathways
• CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card)
• RII30820 Certificate III in Civil Construction, Plant Operations.

Knowledge, Experience, and Licensing:

Essential:

• Cert IV TAE 40110 (incl. LLN & 502 Unit desirable) or TAE 40116
• Ideally, 3+ years’ industry experience in delivering training.
• Appropriate current trade qualifications
• Working with Children (WWC)
• National Police Check
• Excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to help students achieve their goals, and the ability to motivate and keep students engaged.
