About Brady Marine & Civil Pty Ltd
Brady Marine & Civil is a specialist marine contractor with core capabilities in the construction of wharves, jetties, offshore pipelines, bridges over water, and other complex marine-based structures. First established in 2010 and now part of the Soletanche Bachy group, our strength lies in delivering innovative solutions to challenging and technically complex problems. We operate in a design and construct, early contractor involvement, or construct-only environments.
About roles:
We have partnered with Hazel Brothers (joint venture, HBJV) to deliver exciting works in Devonport Tasmania.
With new projects awarded, we’re looking for talented and experienced individuals with experience in marine infrastructure, pilling, wharves and bridges to express their interest in being part of our team. We are particularly interested in filling the following positions (multiple roles available):
- Crane operators – open crane tickets
- Drill rig operators
- Piling operators
- Riggers
- Doggers
- Boilermakers/welders
- Boat operators
- Labourers
Positions will be located at the project site based in Devonport Tasmania, with mobilisation early 2024. Successful candidates will be engaged by the JV partner, Hazel Brothers along with terms and conditions under the Hazel Brothers Enterprise agreement. Interviewing will commence immediately.

FIFO will be considered for candidates outside Devonport.
