KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- working with users to formulate and document business requirements
- identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices
- Maintain strong budgetary discipline ensuring there are no major over runs. Ability to plan effective and realistic budgets;
- Use RSM methodologies including project management principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects;
- taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Create user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes;
- Monitors their teams staffing requirements and future resource planning issues;
- Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices;
- using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
- Identifies potential issues and documenting issue and proposed recommendation for Partner/Management attention;
- Draft reports in conjunction with Partner/Principal/Manager that provide practical and commercial business advice;
- Develop a detailed understanding of clients systems, processes and internal control environment; and
- Contributes to meetings and is able to make effective presentations.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
- Relevant tertiary formal degree and/or qualification

- Relevant certification or professional membership
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
Essential
- 2 – 5 year’s technology and business systems experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Satisfactory knowledge R, JavaScript, Power BI
- Risk analytics and assessment
- Data visualisation, manipulation and reporting
- Strong process mapping skills and business process improvement
- Organised, reliable and self-motivated
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to value add by providing practical recommendations;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
Desirable
- Ability to developing functional specifications for use by system developers
- Experience in data analytics using IDEA or ACL
- Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear systems specifications for the design and development of system software
Ability to speak a foreign language
Salary guide: $60,000 - $70,000 excluding of superannuation payments
