The important bits…
It's a requirement for our Early Childhood Educators to hold the following qualifications, experience & skills:
🎓 Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
🎓 Must hold a Diploma, Bachelor or be working towards their Bachelor in Early Childhood Education & Care
🎓 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🎓 Develops strong relationships with our children and effectively communicates with their parents and carers
🎓 Ability to implement and evaluate programs for our indoor and outdoor learning environments
🎓 Experience in analysing children's progression and development, through observation planning and writing
🎓 Ensuring all learning and development experiences align with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
