- Total Indicative Remuneration Salary MD-2 $492,398 - $641,470 p.a.
- Temporary up to 2/3/25 and part-time working 18.75 hours per week
- May include rostered shifts outside of normal working hours i.e 11:00am -7:00pm Tuesday and Wednesdays
About the role
The Consultant:
- Contributes to the provision of safe, best practice clinical services to patients of, and referred to, the Adelaide Sexual Health Clinic.
- Contributes to teaching/training at undergraduates and postgraduate levels.
- Contributes to the service achieving best practice in the design and delivery of clinical services to its patients.
This service is an integral part of the South Australian STD Control Program and is concerned with reducing the impact of disease through clinical service provision, development of clinical protocols, training of health care workers, sentinel epidemiologic surveillance and operational research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
- Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and Registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority with Specialist Registration.
