Our Local Health Network Sites and Services:
Lyell McEwin Hospital – The major hospital in the north and north-east for emergency care, complex and multi-day surgery, medicine, obstetrics, paediatrics and outpatient services.
Modbury Hospital – A general hospital with emergency care, elective surgery, medicine, outpatient and sub-acute services, rehabilitation, geriatric and palliative care.

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Consultant within the Ear, Nose and Throat Department.
As an ENT Consultant you will be responsible for managing the care of all patients allocated to you in collaboration with the responsible Medical Officers, Registrars, fellow Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
Furthermore, you will be actively involved in the teaching of trainee medical officers, interns and medical students and participate in continuous quality improvement activities including regular Surgical Audits.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
