Current opportunity
Our Consulting team in Sydney is rapidly expanding and as a result we now have an opportunity for an up-and-coming consultant to support the delivery of projects and programs from strategy through to execution.
As a member of our consulting team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved performance, assist with developing and implementing solutions, and work closely with senior members of the team to create future business opportunities and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Some examples of the types of engagements that you will be part of include:
- Strategy, Portfolio Prioritisation and Planning
- Operating Model design, implementation and review
- Transformation delivery across programs and projects
- Process optimisation
- Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability
- Business Performance Improvement
- Problem/opportunity definition and analysis
- Solution development
- Report and presentation preparation
- Business transformation
- Stakeholder management
- Industry insight development
- Proposal support and bid development
- Ideally some consulting experience across different sectors and engagement types
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Can prioritise multiple client commitments with a drive to deliver exceptional client service
- An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
- Some core consulting skills (research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail).
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Eagerness to thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture focused on developing strategic solutions that create long term value for clients.
