Consultant

RN Employment Services, we are currently seeking a passionate Consultant to deliver Case Management (face to face) to our participants, you will mentor and guide our clients into real employment opportunities.

This is a government-initiated program, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence, and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market. This is a Full Time role working Monday to Friday based in our Mutitjulu office in the Mutitjulu community at the base of Uluru.

Requirements of the role:

• Previous experience in Employment Services (ideal but not essential)

• Must be able to build relationships

• Proficient with technology and strong Administration skills

• Passionate to help others

• Work in at remote location

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• The ability to engage and motivate others types at all levels

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to promote our clients to potential employers

• Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant

• Ability to follow policies and procedures

• The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills

• Professional presentation
