Role Purpose:
- Unlocking penetrating discoveries about consumer motivations to unlock growth for our core brands.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyse consumer Data to extract meaningful insight and translate that into actionable recommendations to the Brand and Innovation teams
- Lead the consumer need state and emotional framework process to more clearly define our consumers.
- Lead the consumer research process to understand behaviours, preferences and trends
- Build a dashboard to map the growth our customers
- Accompany Brand teams to Agency workshops to provide meaningful insight of consumer motivations to generate growth ideas
- Define and lead the Brand and Consumer planning part of the Business Planning Cycle, both monthly qtrly and annually. Simplify and streamline the processes with the support of the TO.
- Transform productivity by implementing appropriate technology solutions in the Consumer Insights space
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to grow productivity everyday.
