About the Role:
As a Consumer Sales - EV Charging Specialist at Origin Energy, you'll play an important role in driving the adoption of sustainable energy practices. Your responsibilities will span from being the trusted advisor on Origin's Electric Vehicle products to guiding customers through the installation process for residential consumers.
In this role, you will be following up with EV charging sales leads for consumers. You will be calling and following up with customers to help educate them on various charging solutions. With strong technical knowledge you will be able to help assess the works required to be completed via customer feedback and imagery to provide accurate guidance for both customer and installer.
You will be keeping an eye on charging jobs to ensure customers are well informed and their expectations are being met.

What Will You Bring?
-Experience in a Sales role understanding and meeting customer needs in energy solutions
-Experience in Electrical Traded preferred
-Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong written communication abilities, essential for effective advocacy.
-Showcase exceptional time and work management skills, ensuring efficient handling of customer needs while maintaining high service standards.
-Utilize your experience with customer engagement systems, technology, and processes to navigate the technical aspects of electric vehicle solutions.
