Contact Centre - Bookings Agent

BINGO is a fully integrated recycling and resource management company that provides solutions across the entire waste management supply chain in South East Qld, NSW and Victoria.

The Overview:

Bingo Industries are looking for a Booking Agent who will provide end to end support to our highly efficient and committed Booking Team located at our Head Office in Eight Mile Plains. The ideal candidate will be capable, enthusiastic and professional who ensures timely, efficient and accurate processing of booking transactions via all channels.
 

The Opportunity:

• Full time hours with immediate start 
• Exceptional customer service via phone and email to ensure efficient and accurate customer bookings.
• Independently handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online bookings
• Action customer requests in a prompt manner following correct procedures
• Be organised, hands-on and process-driven to meet company goals
• Understand and identify customers' issues, using your strong problem-solving skills to deliver relevant and effective solutions
• Friendly and approachable with the ability to work within a small team
• Excellent time management skill and ability to work well under pressure
• Hold high accountability for your performance and development
   

What you Bring:

• Have strong customer service experience and truly passionate about helping customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with a diverse range of clients
• Driven, resilient and motivated
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)
• Flexibility - Available to work varying shifts Monday - Friday 6:30am - 5:00pm as required
