The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled business analyst with experience in Contact Centre Operations and technology implementation. The role will report to the Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager and will support delivery a variety of BAU, key project and technology initiatives. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting planning, change management, and performance improvement initiatives
- Be a subject matter expert relating to technology platforms, telecommunications, data management and resource planning
- Actively deliver scoping, business analysis, UAT and implementation for Centre optimisation and WFP projects
- Oversee and manage data collection, analysis and modelling of performance statistics to inform business case development and drive operational efficiencies
- Manage and maintain IVR platform, marketing messages in liaison with the Marketing Team and Voice Talent vendor
