Contact Centre Representative

We’re looking for a Contact Centre Representative to help drive growth within Bargain Car Rentals Australia.

Our Contact Centre is located at our national head office in the Hobart CBD with amazing views of the Hobart skyline, open plan workspace and great facilities.

About the Role
In this role, you will focus on using your proven customer service experience across multiple channels including voice, email and chat services. The role is focussed on delivering customer care and sales in a Contact Centre/office environment. You'll actively play a part in the customers journey and help them to build lasting memories.

• Contact Centre experience or similar is desirable but not essential

We're expanding our Contact Centre and have multiple permanent full-time roles available. We're a workplace that supports work/life balance with a rotational roster 9 day fortnight, spanning our operational hours Monday to Sunday 7am-6pm. 

We're planning a start date of Tuesday 9th April 2024.
