Join Our Team at AAT Kings: Contact Sales Centre Trainer - Part-Time
Are you passionate about travel and dedicated to training and developing top-tier customer service teams? AAT Kings, is looking for a Contact Sales Centre Trainer to join the team where you will develop our Contact Centre Agents and ensure exceptional service for our guests.
Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Contact Sales Centre Manager and working with Contact Sales Centre Performance Leaders, your primary responsibility is to assist in executing training and development across the AAT Kings Contact Sales Centre Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Contact Centre Team Members
- Collaborate with the Contact Centre Leadership team to develop training based on identified needs.
- Work with the Coach Product and Service Manager to develop and maintain Contact Centre process documents.
- Partner with the Training and Development Manager to create efficiencies in training sessions, collateral, and future planning.
- Design training programs with the Head of Contact Centre and People & Culture team.
- Deliver ongoing training programs covering product, marketing, booking and IT systems (Tropics, TMS, Genesys, Amadeus), reservations policies and procedures, and call & email quality assurance.
- Monitor Contact Sales Centre Agents to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Training Content & Delivery:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint online training manuals, agendas, and assessments.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of training facilities and resources.
- Plan and develop the annual training calendar with the Call Centre Leadership team.
- Identify and address non-sales related barriers to success with appropriate training plans.
- Sharing of Best Practice Techniques:
- Maintain high-level product and system knowledge.
Participate actively in cross-brand forums as required.
Gains Business Understanding: - Communicate and advocate AAT Kings' vision and direction.
Foster supportive inter-departmental relationships.
- Maintain high-level product and system knowledge.
About you:
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the travel market and industry.
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve targets and goals.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Broad sales and customer service ethic within a large customer-based organization.
- Adaptability in communication and learning styles to meet different needs.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.
