RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the project or content plan
- Receive and interpret briefs to deliver creative and engaging Content and videos
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and production team to meet client and creative expectations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Foster strong relationships with clients and agency peers
- Stay calm and focused under pressure to deliver exceptional results
- Approach all projects with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for collaborative work
- Maintain a respectful, honest, and hardworking attitude at all times
- Ability to coordinate cross disciplined teams to creatively solve production or content challenges
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Proven experience in content creation and video production
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset and conceptual thinking
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the best quality work
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
