Content Author

As the Content Author you will be responsible for managing and deploying the content for client CMS platforms. Your role will involve hands-on data entry, formatting supplied content, uploading media, configuring widgets, publishing content and developing a deep understanding of AKQA's CMS systems.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Ensures the quality of work being produced is of the absolute highest standard.
• Follows designed processes and protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team including producers, designers and developers, to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
• Meets deadlines of assigned projects and tasks.
• Proactively communicates progress to the producer and/or project manager.
• Manage deadline to ensure timely publication of content and highlight any deadlines or resourcing issues when they arise.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy and quality.
