You will report directly to our Brand & Marketing Manager. She has firsthand experience developing a team and growing a business, with a creative, hands-on, ‘can-do’ approach to work; she is keen to develop and expand on these traits in you.

This is a newly created position, so you won’t be following in the footsteps of anyone, and as such you will work in partnership with the Marketing Manager to develop this position as you both see fit. It’s a chance to create something new and be a part of something bigger than yourself.
From where you sit within the company you will get a panoramic view of the entire organization and develop a strong understanding of how a busy, growing business develops brand value & loyalty amongst our various stakeholders.
What you will do:
As our Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our visual storytelling efforts, playing an important role in developing engaging and compelling content across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around advanced graphic design, professional video editing, strategic Content Creation, and project management collaboration. By leveraging your creativity and technical skills, you will contribute to enhancing our brand’s identity, driving engagement, and fostering a sense of community among our audience.

You’ll be highly organized, moving quickly to execute, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
You’ll be a creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content. This is a role for someone looking to contribute across different brands so you’ll need roughly 2 years of experience as a minimum in graphic design & Content Creation. Ideal for someone who has worked in a content or marketing agency making your first move to work within a private business. You’ll be an outstanding communicator who is happy to work in a close-knit team and wants to put their creative stamp on the work they produce.
You will have excellent skills working with Microsoft Cloud & Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio containing a wide range of designs and video projects.
