The Marketing andSocial Media Content Creation Manager plays a pivotal role in marketing management, influencer management, forecasting, marketing coordination, managing the brand's Social Media presence, Content Creation, and photoshoot coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Sales Planning Activities:
- Work with our digital marketing contractors to develop a Marketing and advertising strategy.
- Align the marketing strategy with the sales targets.
- Coordinate with design team and collections to create the marketing, launch calendar and content across Social Media platforms
- Manage all Social Media campaigns to ensure launches, posts and announcements are aligned and coordinated to ensure they are effective and deliver against KPI’s including sales targets.
- Manage photoshoots from pre-planning, coordination and execution for new clothing/products, to ensure full delivery of high-quality content.
Social Media Content Creation & advertising management
- Internal Content Creation management for (expectation is content is generated 3-4 weeks in advance and signed off for quality)
- Social media

- Paid Meta and Google ads
- Ad copy generated and refreshed with each launch or new campaigns
- Access and review Meta/Google/TikTok performance
- Pinterest advertising
Influencer Management:
- Review Klayvio Database (CRM)
- Research new/other CRM.
- Tag customers and manage data base for targets.
- Group influencers.
- Choose groups to send content to
- Build a campaign/calendar like plan in Meta.
- Calendar for nurture/check in/reminder/frequency
- Proactively communicate with influencers to
- Nurture (Watch for birthdays, then spoil them with gifts, then add detail to data base). (Manage a budget).
- Foster strong relationships.
- Plan and add to calendar to ensure regular outreach/activities.
- Gift clothing/accessories as necessary and address specific requests.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications, influencer sizing, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not necessary).
- Proven experience in Marketing andContent Creation (required, fashion preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms
- Proven experience in Social Media management and Content Creation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends.
- Proficient in video and photo editing tools.
