About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic and growing team in this newly created role.
The role is a unique balance of high-volume Social Media creation and digital advertising. Working closely with the Marketing Manager you will strategise and execute a diverse, multi-platform Social Media marketing plan that complements traditional activities to drive sales growth across our network of platforms online.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for creating and crafting content (copywriting will be required); be on top of trends; and have a strong understanding of performance metrics and analysis to ensure content uplifts sales and brand awareness and fosters the growth of our dedicated community.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key focus is on developing and executing the weekly/monthly Content Plan across our mix of platforms) and generating platform-specific performance reports.
- You will be responsible for creating, photographing, and shooting, and editing TikToks, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts on LinkedIn and Facebook, and anything required for all the brand’s Social Media platforms. The content needs to be original and must engage our audience, educate our consumers, inspire our customers, and gain followers.
- Content created must be aligned to the brand’s overarching marketing calendar and key promotions – daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonally.
- Content created must be supported by creative copy with our brand’s tone of voice, and it must align with the brand’s style and strategy guidelines.
- You will be required to monitor all Social Media communication (comments, DMs etc) and provide customer service support through direct engagement across our channels.
- You will be responsible for coordinating seasonal content in line with the overall marketing strategy, demonstrating creative thinking around collaborations, promotions, giveaways etc.
- You will be required to analyse content results using Meta, Google Analytics and other relevant tools – and generate reports with platform-specific performance, community growth and engagement, alongside recommendations for improvement based on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- You will be responsible for leveraging each social platform’s features and algorithms uniquely to enhance brand visibility, optimise sales, and resonate with the brand’s target audience.
- You will be responsible for researching current trends, emerging technologies and apps, design tools, industry news, and the competitor landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing Social Media, content creation, and fostering communities for brands.
- Exceptional photography, video, and editing/graphic design skills, ideally in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Rush or other comparable platforms, to produce quality content.
- A comprehensive understanding of all social platforms, Meta, Google Analytics, and a commitment to staying informed about platform changes.
- Experience working with other brands and community organisations and managing partnerships and collaborations.
- Naturally creative with a passion for Real Estate, with a keen aesthetic eye, and an understanding of customer-centric marketing.
- Exceptional proofreader with creative copywriting ability and attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisational skills and time management.
- A strong interest in digital marketing, trends, and a solid knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape.
This position is based at our head office in Fremantle - for three days a week including Saturdays to attend home opens, auctions and other shoots and events, to help capture footage.
