What you’ll do
The Content Delivery Manager is responsible for the development of content production services within the Australian market, and project managing the production of marketing assets for the Australian Market and the Omnichannel Pod.
Some key responsibilities include:
Drive for full adoption of the GCO services and capabilities and the delivery of agreed Content types, volumes, and savings.
Accountability for the timely and the quality of the delivery of all content assets within the campaigns that are delivered within and outside the omnichannel pod..
Prioritize the work of the Production team and establish delivery schedules that meet client needs and team capacity.
Identify potential new production capabilities to support operational/value expansion and proactively shares them with GCO colleagues and leadership.
Work with GCO Leadership and colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.
Essential for the role:
Bachelor’s Degree
Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong project management experience including risk mitigation and planning associated with operational delivery.
Proven track record working cross-functionally with high level of commitment and follow-through
Supplier management experience
Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership and other key stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills
Leadership, coordination of resources and influence without authority.
Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement
Desirable for the role:
Internal stakeholder engagement experience (promote and sell services internally)
Local and/or global brand marketing experience
Digital Marketing Experience and Omnichannel campaigns
