We acknowledge their efforts with professional development, rewards, and recognition, and provide an array of excellent employee benefits!WHAT YOU'LL DO· Content development using HotDocs· Design and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code· Check and test automated documents· Develop procedures, identify, and apply tools for quality assurance of software development· Provide assistance and support to the teamWHAT YOU NEED TO BE REALLY GOOD AT· Technical / professional knowledge and skills – having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise· Applied learning – assimilating and applying new job-related information in a timely manner· Ability to think logically about complex problems, source and analyse information and develop solutions· Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues· Excellent computer literacy· Attention to detail· Customer centric approach· Team player with flexible attitude· Excellent time management skills· Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesRequirements· Experience working with and understanding legal precedents· Precedent development, legal assistant or paralegal work within an Australian legal practice essential· HotDocs Development experience essential· Solid understanding of document automation· Advanced Word skills including creating, modifying and applying styles· Solid problem-solving and issue resolution skills· Level 1 Helpdesk or Support experience desirable· Intermediate to Advanced MS Word VBA skills desirable· Familiarity and technical experience with Windows, Excel and Outlook.· Knowledge of Practice and/or Document Management SystemsBenefits
